Week 11 2022

 Week 11

Our weeks involve a lot of soccer now which has been fun. On Monday night, Blake had soccer practice and on Wednesday night, Blake and Kylie have soccer practice. 

Thursday was St. Patrick's Day! The kids both had lots of fun activities during the day at school. Kylie's class had a green feast which included tons of different green foods. At night, Grandma Krass sent the family a fun green surprise. 

Friday night, we went on a family scooter ride. We found a new park which was a ton of fun. We raced on the slides and climbed to the top of the tower. 

 

Saturday was a full day of fun! It started at 8am with Kylie's soccer game. She really likes playing goalie. She also loves the snacks and we had to talk about not eating snacks until after the game because she was asking to take breaks to finish her snacks. haha! 

We hurried home and got changed into our church clothes and headed to church to attend one of Blake's friends Baptism. I love that the kids are starting to make friends in our new area. After the baptism, we went to Texas Roadhouse for lunch. The kids were really good and we had a lot of fun! 

After lunch, we went home and got changed back into soccer clothes and went to Blake's game. It was REALLY hot and I felt bad for his whole team. They didn't have extra team members for most of the game so they couldn't substitute which I think made it really hard. After the game, I went on amazon and purchased everything I could find to try and help keep the kids as cool as possible for future games. 

Sunday night, Kylie lost her second tooth! It has been lose for a very long time. She asks me to wiggle it several times a day so I gave it a good pull and it came out. haha! She was in shock and then super excited!
