 Week 14 2022

The pergola construction continued this week and hopefully will be done next week. 

Saturday morning, we went to the Verrado High School for an Easter Event. They had an Easter Egg Hunt, Cookie Decorating, Crafts, and tons of snacks. Kylie loved it and had so much fun talking to the high school girls. She was telling them all about her and our family. They both loved the easter egg hunt and were able to get lots of eggs. 

Kylie and I played Candyland before we headed to soccer. She really liked the game when she was winning but said it was "the worst game ever" when she was losing. We are working on this. 

Blake did a good job at his soccer game. He was on defense for the first half of the game. It was really windy which was nice because it made it felt a lot cooler. Kylie did really good at her game. She was goalie twice and did really good. She also almost made a goal! Everyone was so excited for her. She was much more focused than in the past so we are making improvements. She is still really social and distracts the players at times but she did really well this game. 

Saturday night and all-day Sunday were rough. Blake started to feel sick and had every symptom. I finished up our taxes and I didn't think we were going to survive. Excited for a fresh start on Monday.
